Terms of Service
ALGOTRACK by DOM — AlgoTrack by DOM LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("AlgoTrack", "we", "us", "our"). Contact: contact@algotrackbydom.com · Last updated: October 5, 2026
1. What these terms cover
These Terms are the agreement between you and AlgoTrack by DOM LLC. They apply when you buy or use anything we offer: the training program and its modules, the live sessions, the community rooms, the Market Weather tool, our free material, and this website. By buying, enrolling, creating an account, or using any of it, you accept these Terms. If you don't accept them, don't use the service.
Two other pages are part of this agreement and are linked in the footer of every page: the Refund & Guarantee Policy and the Privacy Policy. Where the Refund & Guarantee Policy addresses refunds and the guarantee, that page controls — these Terms do not restate it.
2. Who can enrol
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract where you live. You enrol for yourself, using your own name and your own payment method.
You may not use the service if you are located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or territory subject to comprehensive US sanctions, or if you appear on a US restricted-party list. Payments are processed by our payment provider and are subject to its own eligibility rules.
Nothing we sell is available to anyone for whom trading education would be unlawful where they live. Checking that is your responsibility, not ours.
3. What we sell
We sell education. Concretely:
The Dealer's Edge — the training program, in tiers. Every tier includes the 12 recorded modules and the community rooms; higher tiers add group work and, at the top tier, individual sessions. What your tier includes, its price, and its duration are the ones we confirm with you on the page you buy from, by email, or on the call.
The Open Room / group sessions — live sessions on a published schedule, with replays.
The Reading Room — the community, hosted on Discord.
Market Weather — a market-context tool, sold separately or included with a tier (see section 12).
Free material — guides, cheat-sheets, emails, videos.
We describe what we deliver. We do not sell trading signals, trade alerts, account management, or a result.
4. Educational only — the relationship this is not
This is the most important section on this page. Read it.
We are not your financial advisor. AlgoTrack by DOM LLC is not a registered investment adviser, not a commodity trading advisor (CTA), not a commodity pool operator, not a broker-dealer, not a futures commission merchant, and not a bank. Nothing we publish, say in a session, write in a room, or show in a tool is investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument, or a solicitation to do so.
We do not give personalised advice. Our teaching is general education about how to read order flow and market context. When we comment on a trade — in a group session, in a review, in a room — we are commenting on trades that are already closed, as teaching material, to explain what was readable on the screen at the time. We do not tell you what to trade, when to trade, or how much to risk on a given position, and we do not manage, access, or direct any account of yours.
Every trading decision is yours. You place your own orders, in your own account, at your own risk, and you alone are responsible for the outcome — including losses. If you need advice about your personal financial situation, consult a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.
Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Futures and options are leveraged instruments and are not suitable for everyone. Most traders lose money. Past performance and simulated performance do not guarantee future results.
We guarantee our work, not your results. We commit to delivering the material and the support we describe. We make no promise, and give no guarantee, that you will be profitable, that you will pass a proprietary-trading evaluation, or that you will obtain a funded account. Passing an evaluation is an objective we work toward together — it is never a term of this agreement.
5. Your account and your seat
Your enrolment is personal and non-transferable. One enrolment, one person. Your login, your Discord access, and any tool access we give you are yours alone.
Do not share your credentials or your access with anyone — including a partner, a colleague, a study group, or a second account of your own. Shared access is the one thing that reliably ends an enrolment early: if we see credentials shared, sessions accessed from an account we didn't enrol, or material redistributed, we may suspend or terminate your access under section 16, without a refund.
Keep your login safe and tell us promptly at contact@algotrackbydom.com if you think it has been compromised.
6. Our content, and what you may do with it
Everything we produce — the modules, audio, video, slides, guides, PDFs, session recordings, room content, the Market Weather interface and its outputs, the ALGOTRACK name and logo — belongs to AlgoTrack by DOM LLC or to whoever licensed it to us.
What you get is a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use that material for your own trading education, for as long as your enrolment or subscription runs. You may take notes and screenshots for your own use.
What you may not do, without our written permission:
record, re-record, screen-capture, or re-stream a live session or a replay;
copy, upload, post, share, sell, or otherwise distribute any of our material — in whole or in part, in any room, group, drive, forum, or platform;
use our material to build, teach, or sell a competing course, program, room, or service;
feed our material into a system that reproduces or resells it;
remove or alter any credit, watermark, or notice.
If you post something yourself — a question, a chart, a message, a journal entry — you keep it. You give us permission to display it inside the rooms and to use it, anonymised, as teaching material. If we ever want to use something of yours identifiably — a name, a testimonial, a screenshot with your details — we ask you first, in writing, every time.
7. Live sessions and schedule
Sessions run on a published schedule, and all session times are announced in US Eastern time (daylight saving applies; if you're elsewhere, convert from ET rather than from a fixed local hour).
We hold the schedule, but a session may occasionally be moved, shortened, or replaced by a replay — markets close, holidays land, and people get sick. We announce changes in the community rooms as early as we can. Missing a session is not a defect in the service: replays are posted, and they count as attendance wherever attendance matters.
Individual sessions at the top tier are scheduled by agreement. If you need to move one, tell us at least 24 hours ahead; sessions missed without notice are treated as delivered.
8. Community rules
The community rooms are part of what you bought, and they only work if they stay usable. Inside them:
no signals, no trade calls, no "who's long here", and no soliciting other members;
no advertising, recruiting, or promoting another service, room, or affiliate link;
no sharing anyone else's material or ours;
no personal attacks, harassment, or hate speech;
no posting another member's information, screenshots of their account, or private messages;
no impersonating us or another member.
The room rules published in the community apply in addition to these Terms. We moderate: we can delete posts, mute, remove access to a room, or terminate an enrolment under section 16. The rooms are hosted on Discord and are also subject to Discord's own terms.
9. Prices, payment and taxes
Prices are in US dollars and are the ones we confirm with you when you enrol. Today, payment is in USDC on Base. We confirm the amount and send the payment steps by email or on a call. We do not publish a wallet address on this website, and we do not store card details.
There is no card checkout on this site today. When a payment provider can take cards, card payments will be processed by that provider. Until then, no page on this site has a card field.
You can pay $2,497 once, or in three manual USDC payments of $997, coordinated with us. Those payments are not an automatic card charge. You owe the full number of payments we confirmed. If a payment does not arrive, we'll email you and access pauses until it does. Persistent non-payment ends the enrolment, and the unpaid balance remains due.
Prices exclude any tax, duty, or bank charge that applies where you are; those are yours. We charge and remit sales tax or VAT only where we are required to.
If you pay in USDC, we credit the USDC amount actually received. We don't convert to or from fiat and we can't absorb exchange-rate movement or network fees.
Chargebacks: if something's wrong, email us first — see the Refund & Guarantee Policy. A chargeback opened on a delivered program while you still hold access will be contested with our delivery logs, and access is suspended for the duration.
10. Refunds and the guarantee
Refunds and the First Week Guarantee are governed entirely by our Refund & Guarantee Policy, linked in the footer of every page. It is part of these Terms. We deliberately don't summarise it here — read that page; it is the one that applies.
11. Subscriptions and cancellation
Some things we sell can renew (the continuity pass after your included months, and the Market Weather subscription). For any renewal, the price, the period, and the date of the next payment are the ones we confirm with you when you subscribe. We don't start a payment you didn't agree to. Today a renewal is a manual USDC payment we confirm by email. When a payment provider can bill a card, we email you before that charge.
You can cancel a renewal at any time by emailing contact@algotrackbydom.com. Cancelling stops the next payment we would have asked you for; your access runs to the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancelling does not retroactively refund periods already served.
12. Market Weather — how to read it, and what it isn't
Market Weather is a context tool. It shows an estimated map of the market environment — dealer positioning levels computed from public option data, macro context, and volatility state — and it refreshes on a schedule.
It is an estimate, not a fact: it is built from third-party data that may be delayed, revised, incomplete, or wrong, and from models that simplify. It produces no signal, no recommendation, and no entry or exit. It never tells you what to do. Read it as weather, and let your own reading of the screen decide.
We don't guarantee that the tool is available, accurate, uninterrupted, or free of error, and we may change or discontinue it. Its outputs are licensed to you personally under section 6: they are not to be redistributed, resold, republished, or fed into another product or feed. Some underlying market data carries its own vendor restrictions, which pass through to you.
13. Third-party services
We run on other people's plumbing: our course platform, our payment provider, Discord, our email and video hosts, and our market-data sources. Their terms apply to you when you use them, and we're not responsible for their availability, their decisions, or their pricing.
Your broker, your data feed, your charting platform, and any proprietary-trading firm you deal with are separate businesses with no relationship to us. We are not affiliated with them, we don't act for them, we don't receive your account information from them, and we're not responsible for anything they do — including refusing you, changing their rules, or closing your account. When we name a platform or a tool in the training, we're describing a capability, not selling you anything.
If we ever earn a commission from a link or a partner, we say so at the link.
14. Acceptable use of the site and tools
Don't attack, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or work around access controls on anything we run. Don't use the service to break a law, to launder money, or to harm someone. Don't automate access to the tool beyond what we publish.
15. Warranties — what we do and don't promise
We deliver what section 3 describes and we support it, honestly and in good faith. Beyond that, everything is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or will produce any particular outcome.
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain exclusions; where that's the case, this section applies as far as it lawfully can, and your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
16. Suspension and termination
You can stop at any time: stop attending, or cancel a recurring plan under section 11. Whether money comes back is governed by the Refund & Guarantee Policy.
We can suspend or terminate your access — with notice where we reasonably can, immediately where we can't — if you share or redistribute access or material (section 5, 6), break the community rules (section 8), don't pay (section 9), open a chargeback on a delivered program (section 9), abuse the service or its people (section 14), or do something that exposes us legally.
Termination for cause ends access to the modules, the rooms, and the tools, and does not create a right to a refund. Sections 4, 6, 9, 15, 17, 18, 19 and 21 survive termination.
17. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for trading losses. None. Not for a loss taken after a session, after a review, after reading the tool, or after applying anything we taught. You trade your own account on your own decisions (section 4).
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunity, lost data, or loss of goodwill — whether or not we were told such damages were possible.
Our total liability to you for any and all claims relating to the service is capped at the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
18. Indemnity
You'll cover us for claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the service or our material, or your violation of someone else's rights or of the law.
19. Disputes — talk to us first, then arbitration
Step one, always: email us. Most problems are a misunderstanding and are solved in one exchange. Write to contact@algotrackbydom.com with what happened and what you want. Neither of us starts a formal proceeding until we've had 30 days to sort it out that way.
If that fails. Any dispute that isn't resolved informally is settled by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognised US arbitration provider, seated in New Mexico, USA, in English. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
On an individual basis only. You and we each agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any representative proceeding.
Exceptions. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies, and either of us may ask a court for an injunction to stop misuse of intellectual property or unauthorised access.
Opt-out. You can opt out of this arbitration and class-waiver section by emailing contact@algotrackbydom.com with the subject "Arbitration opt-out" within 30 days of your first purchase. Opting out costs you nothing and changes nothing else in these Terms.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Where arbitration doesn't apply, the courts located in New Mexico have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose law gives you rights that can't be contracted away, those rights stand.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought; the current version lives on this page with its date. If a change is material and you're on an active plan, we'll tell you by email or in the rooms before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated version.
21. Privacy and communications
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy, linked in the footer.
By enrolling you agree to receive the emails the service needs — enrolment, access, schedule, billing, policy changes. Marketing emails are separate and you can unsubscribe from them at any time without losing service emails.
22. The rest
These Terms, plus the Refund & Guarantee Policy and the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the service, and they replace anything said before — in a call, an email, an ad, or a room. Nothing in a sales page or a conversation adds a promise these Terms don't contain.
If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we don't enforce something immediately, we haven't waived it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours to a successor of the business. Nothing here creates a partnership, employment, agency, or fiduciary relationship between us. These Terms are in English; a translation is a convenience only.
