This page explains what personal data we collect, why, and what your choices are. It is part of the agreement described in our Terms of Service.

1. What we collect

  • Account and contact details — your name and email address when you opt in to free material, enrol in the program, or write to us.

  • Purchase information — what you bought, when, at what price, and the status of your payments. Today, payment is in USDC: we record the amount received and the email that confirmed it. We do not publish a wallet address on this site. We do not see or store a card number. There is no card checkout on this site today. When a payment provider can take cards, that provider handles the card and shares with us only what we need to confirm the order.

  • Course activity — your progress through the modules (which lectures you have opened and completed), used to run the program and its drip schedule.

  • Community content — what you post in our Discord rooms, under the name you use there.

  • Live session participation — when you join a live session, our video platform records the call and logs who joined and for how long. Group replays are posted to the room they belong to; a one-to-one replay goes to that student only. We keep the attendance log because the First Week Guarantee is checked against it (see the Refund & Guarantee Policy).

  • Material you send for a review — the closed trades, screenshots and journal pages you choose to send before a review session, and the notes we take on them.

  • Correspondence — emails you send us, and whether you open the ones we send you.

  • Technical basics — the cookies and log data our website platform uses to keep pages working, remember your session, and measure basic page performance.

We do not collect trading account credentials, broker statements, or financial account data — we ask you not to send them. What a review needs is the read: the instrument, the times, the levels, and what you saw. If you choose to share a screenshot or a journal entry in a session or a room, you decide what it shows.

2. What we use it for

  • Delivering what you bought: course access, the drip schedule, live sessions, the community, the Market Weather tool.

  • Support and communication about your enrolment.

  • Sending you educational emails and offers if you opted in — every such email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects access you have paid for.

  • Applying the First Week Guarantee: attendance for the sessions of your first week and your posts in the module threads are what we look at before we answer a refund request.

  • Keeping the service safe: preventing account sharing, abuse, and fraud.

  • Meeting legal obligations: tax, accounting, and payment-provider requirements.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not run third-party advertising on your data.

3. Who processes it with us

We use a small number of service providers, each seeing only what its job requires: our website and email platform (systeme.io), our payment processor, Discord for the community, and Telegram if you subscribe to Market Weather alerts. Each processes your data under its own privacy policy and our instructions. We share data beyond that only if the law requires it.

4. Where it lives

We are a US company and our providers process data in the United States and the European Union. By using the service you understand your data is processed in those locations.

5. How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account or an active enrolment, and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting, and dispute rules require — session recordings and review material follow the same rule. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (section 6); we will keep only what the law obliges us to keep.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EEA/UK under GDPR and California under the CCPA), you can ask us: what data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a copy, or to stop marketing. Write to contact@algotrackbydom.com from the email address concerned and we will handle it. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

7. Age

The service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

8. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell enrolled students by email. The current version always lives at this address.
